Über den Autor Sami Tamimi

Sami Tamimi ist Koch und Kochbuchautor. Zusammen mit Yotam Ottolenghi hat er mit dem Buch "Jerusalem" einen Bestseller-Erfolg gelandet. Der gebürtige Palästinenser wohnt und arbeitet in London. Tara Wigley wuchs in London auf. Sie ist Food-Autorin, Köchin aus Leidenschaft und u.a. als Co-Autorin von "Simple" festes Mitglied des Ottolenghi-Teams. Für dieses Buch sind Sami Tamimi und Tara Wigley gemeinsam nach Palästina gereist und haben ihre Erlebnisse in wundervollen Rezepten, Geschichten und Fotos festgehalten.Yotam Ottolenghi ist Gastronom, Chefkoch und Autor von acht mehrfach preisgekrönten Bestseller-Kochbüchern, die sich allein in Deutschland über 2 Millionen Mal verkauft haben. Seine sechs Londoner Ottolenghi-Delis sowie die Restaurants NOPI und ROVI zählen zu den Kult-Adressen der britischen Hauptstadt. Seit über dreizehn Jahren ist er außerdem wöchentlicher Kolumnist für den Saturday Guardian und schreibt regelmäßig für die New York Times.
