Über den Autor Russ Harris

Dr. med. Russ Harris, geboren 1966, ist Arzt, Coach und Psychotherapeut. Arbeitsschwerpunkte sind psychische Gesundheit, Psychoneuroimmunologie und Stressmanagement. Er leitet weltweit Ausbildungen für Psychologen und Therapeuten in ACT. Der Autor lebt mit seiner Familie in Melbourne, Australien.Stephan Schuhmacher studierte Soziologie, Psychologie, Japanologie und Sinologie. Er wurde 20 Jahre im Zen geschult, darunter fünf Jahre in Kamakura, Japan. Nach seiner Arbeit als Lektor und Programmleiter zog er nach Südwestfrankreich und gründete das Redaktionsbüro und internationale Netzwerk ENSO Publishing. Er ist als Verlagsberater, Herausgeber sowie Übersetzer und Autor tätig.Maike Schuhmacher studierte Kunstgeschichte, slawische und romanische Literaturwissenschaften und Linguistik sowie Erziehungswissenschaften. Sie unterzog sich mehr als 25 Jahre einer konsequenten spirituellen Schulung und wurde in verschiedenen Formen der Körper- und Atemtherapie, des energetischen Heilens, der Achtsamkeit und der Meditation ausgebildet. Zu diesen Themen leitet sie immer wieder Seminare oder Gruppen. Vor rund 20 Jahren zog sie nach Südwestfrankreich und ist seither, oft in sehr komplementärer Zusammenarbeit mit ihrem Mann Stephan Schuhmacher, als Autorin, Übersetzerin und Herausgeberin in den Bereichen Philosophie, Spiritualität und Belletristik tätig.
